offers a cure for any chronic disease. NOT ONE!
What’s worse, the average 65 year old takes five prescription medications for so-called “uncurable” diseases.
THE BAD NEWS? Drugs do not heal. Indeed, they stop you from ever being healthy.
THE GREAT NEWS? Being healthy in your later years is now easier than ever.
Your body already has all the tools you need.
All you have to do is find out what they are.
Then use them.
Your Most Important Health Tool
Intuition – the foundation of a good BS detector.
In other words, the ability to distinguish truths from lies. Wading through rampant health propaganda is your biggest challenge. We are swamped by it. Fortunately, you can still find gems of truth among all the crapola out there, if you have a good BS detector.
Developing this all-important tool means two things: #1) seeing medical lies for what they are; and, #2) understanding truths when you find them (or I find them for you).
Just to give you a quick peek into what the most common medical lies are, versus what real health truths look like, here are two lists for comparison. (Full explanations of each list are detailed in my health reports.)
Top 10 Medical Lies
One of my free sources of information, which is a somewhat radical health site, is Vital Wellbeing. You can find some really good health advice there (as long as you have your BS detector working well). That is where I found this list. It is pretty good, although I will explain many more such lies to you in my health reports.
- Lie #1. Drugs will ‘give you health’
- Lie #2. Only medical doctors are the experts in health
- Lie #3. To prevent we need to screen
- Lie #4. Health insurance will keep you healthy
- Lie #5. Vaccines make you healthy
- Lie #6. You just have bad luck
- Lie #7. Disease is the result of bad genes
- Lie #8. Go to hospitals – they really are places of health and healing
- Lie #9. Mainstream health is ‘up to date’
- Lie #10. Give us money to find those ‘cures’
One of these – Lie #7 – is THE single most damaging lie perpetrated by mainstream medicine. The reason? It turns out that the theoretical underpinning behind this lie is obsolete. The theory is so flawed that it simply doesn’t work!
My reports will cite examples of how this lie works and why it fails us. As a preview, one particularly galling case is the BRCA1 gene that scares women about breast cancer.
BRCA1 has even gained celebrity status – Angelina Jolie wrote two editorials about it for the New York Times. She has the gene. It scared her so much that she had a preemptive double mastectomy. She influenced thousands of other women to do the same.
Unfortunately, the BRCA1 gene is not the culprit. You will be pleasantly surprised to see my report on what the problem really is, and what to do about it. Without surgery, without chemotherapy, and without radiation therapy!
Men: don’t get too smug. The same kind of medical barbarism facing women puts your prostate on the chopping block, too.
A similar story is associated with Alzheimer’s disease, although nobody (yet) is advocating surgical removal of anyone’s brain. The ApoE4 gene is supposedly the problem. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Alzheimer’s disease is complicated enough that I spend one entire report on this simple-minded view of medical genetics. I also explain what actually happens to DNA that gives rise to brain failure, and what to do about it.
Top 5 Sources of Good Health
Your BS detector should remain silent when you see my reports on each of the following factors for achieving good health for life – for 100 years and beyond.
These are the top factors for a long and healthy life.
- Health factor #1. Sunshine
- Health factor #2. Un-fluoridated water
- Health factor #3. Magnetism/grounding to Earth
- Health factor #4. Seafood
- Health factor #5. Self-confidence
Health factor #1 is so important that, no matter how old you are, you are guaranteed to have poor health if you don’t take advantage of it.
It is such a powerful health factor that it even creates resistance to infection. It is true resistance, too, surpassing all antibiotics and vaccines.
You know how the annual flu season paranoia always includes strong warnings to us Baby Boomers? We are supposedly more susceptible to infections, which underscores mainstream medical advice to get a flu shot every year (!).
Health factor #1 is the key to natural resistance. This factor alone – what it really is and how to benefit from it – is your most important key to good health.
Oh, one more thing – this factor will also help you control your blood pressure without drugs. You’ve got to know about it!
Getting the “Right Stuff” for Your Health
This is where I come in…
…I am Dr. Dennis Clark, your fellow Baby Boomer. I am also a research scientist with a passion for Baby Boomers’ health.
What Do I Do?
I find cures. Simple as that. This entails using multiple strategies for finding them.
One starting point is searching medical databases, such as the PubMed, hosted by the U.S. National Institutes of Health. Google Scholar is also a good source that I often use. It is much better focused on scientific research than a general Google search.
Both sources provide listings of research journals that encompass a spectrum of health approaches, from mainstream to alternative medicine. These listings provide links to original research studies and reviews, generally accompanied by abstracts. Full articles are also available. Some are free of charge, although most are not.
I am constantly on the lookout for the latest health books for the public, many of which I buy for my own library. The good ones are golden. Even the bad ones have value, at least for me to explain to you why they are so bad. (Most health books fall into this category.)
Every year I attend seminars, paid and free, plus assorted health conventions.
I consult with a stable of naturopathic and allopathic doctors locally, for their input on my discoveries about Baby Boomers health issues. (This includes professors at the local naturopathic college – the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine – where I am still listed as adjunct faculty. [Don’t get too excited about that – being adjunct faculty just means they don’t pay me.])
Once I have in hand the best information I can find, I evaluate it, analyze it, and judge it for applicability to my health and yours. This is where my scientific experience comes in handy. I know how to evaluate experimental designs, statistical analyses, and conclusions to see whether they make sense. (Most studies do not make the grade.)
Most importantly for you, I write reports for the lay public (i.e., my fellow Baby Boomers) that are clear and understandable even if you don’t have a scientific background like I do.
Can You Do This On Your Own?
Yes, of course you can. All the information that I use is public. Some of it is free. Some of it costs a little something (or a lot).
The challenge for you is finding and sorting through research on any topic. This may require sifting through tens of thousands of references. (In the extreme, for example, PubMed lists more than 150,000 publications on Alzheimer’s disease. I estimate that maybe 1% of them truly provide important data for what to do about this insidious disease.)
Finally, you must have a basic grasp of three areas of science that apply directly to your health: biology, biochemistry, and biophysics.
There you have it – you can do everything I do if all that is in place for you.
A Simpler Alternative
I will do all the work for you.
What I mean is, you can have my Baby Boomers health reports mailed right to your door. One every month.
In my humble opinion, what I have to say might be the best explanation of how human biology works to keep you healthy. And how you can capitalize on it.
I’ve already discovered solutions for some of the biggest health challenges that we Baby Boomers face. Arthritis, cardiovascular disorders, cancer, dementia (including Alzheimer’s disease), high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, and much more.
Act Now – Your Life Clock is Ticking
I have made the whole process of makeing my research essays on Baby Boomers health as simple as possible. In fact, my approach may surprise you (pleasantly, I hope).
Take a look at what I mean, right now, at my Baby Boomers Health Reports page.
See you there!
All the best,
